EMDR Intensives

EMDR Intensives come in three different options to meet your needs. Each Intensive option includes a 1-hour assessment prior to the intensive and a 1-hour follow-up session this is included in the pricing.  The hour-long assessment and follow-up sessions may be conducted via telehealth if preferred.  EMDR Intensives are NOT covered by your insurance plan.

 You can still access EMDR services during therapy sessions if you are using private insurance or Medicaid.

Half-Day Intensives: Total 5 hours (3 Hours EMDR, 1-hour assessment, and 1-hour follow up)

Full-Day Intensives: Total 8 hours (6 Hours EMDR, 1-hour assessment, and 1-hour follow up)

2-Day Intensives: Total 14 hours (12 Hours EMDR, 1-hour assessment, and 1-hour follow-up)
